We have successfully launched a project named ZDEMAR - development of the company's human resource competencies. The project, which is co-financed from EU funds, aims to improve the competence of selected individuals through a wide range of educational activities. It primarily focuses on two key employee groups. The colleagues in the Economic Department receive training in general IT skills focusing on MS Excel and then training that is already focused on deepening their knowledge of the economic angle. In the upcoming 12 months, the second group of selected employees will improve in the area of soft skills. The selected topics focus, for example, on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and leadership.
We certainly have much to look forward to. We believe that education is the key to the further development of our company.
